Christine Galli LaBerge, PE, MBA, FAC-P/PM

Christine has over 25 years of experience as a senior project manager, civil/environmental engineer, and cost estimator. She is a registered professional engineer in Colorado with a master’s degree in business administration, an undergraduate degree in civil engineering, and a minor in education. Christine has directed large teams, managed individuals working in a variety of working environments, led complex engineering projects, developed programming, and authored strategic plans and initiatives. Her engineering practice has focused on large scale project management, site development, water/wastewater systems, campground renovations, detailed cost modeling and estimation, construction oversight, and Abandoned Mine Land (AML) site remediation.  As project manager, Christine provides oversight and technical support on a wide variety of projects including project inspection and oversight throughout the construction phase, AML liability cost estimating, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) related work plans, Removal Site Evaluations (RSEs), Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analyses (EE/CAs), Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies (RI/FSs), records of decisions, value engineering studies, and engineering designs. She brings both domestic and international experience through her work in the public and private sector.
